The Grief Garden Flag

Artist in residency and workshop on botanical printing and embroidery with The Grief Garden CIC.
Sixteen people with experiences of grief came together in the garden to spend time with each other in nature.
Through a journey of exploring the garden, picking flowers, natural printing and embroidery we made delicate works to honour our grief and remember our time in the garden.
I decided to take this one away with me and create the @thegriefgardencic a flag for their garden that they can use to welcome others in the future.
It will stand among nature, alongside others as we garden and grieve.
